Electric field strength magnetic flux density
Studies were carried out on the electro-magnetic compatibility of the Aquacontrol 102 carried out. These values have been confirmed by independent institutes for building biology. Accordingly, the actual values are far below the permissible limit values, even far below the much stricter values set by building biologists. The measured values of the most important parameters such as the electric field strength and the magnetic flux density are shown in the following diagrams in comparison to other household electrical devices at a distance of 30 cm.

The use of the Aquacontrol 102
The use of the Aquacontrol 102 The module takes place as centrally as possible in the basement/living floor. Installation is carried out specifically where moisture has mainly accumulated in the walls. This means that if one half of the house is not affected so much or not at all by capillary rising soil moisture (e.g. on a slope), the module is placed in the damp area.
The effective radius is up to 15 m. This means that approx. 140 m² can be dried by one module (depending on the building material). Walls that are in this area and also the floors will pass through

gently dried, without interfering with the building structure.
For larger areas or a larger property, several modules can be used. Overlapping the effective radii does not affect the drying result.

When the soil moisture rises, and only works here Aquacontrol 102, the water finds its way through so-called capillaries and rises into the building materials.
Open-pored building materials usually absorb water like a sponge. The water rises until it finds the opportunity to diffuse or reaches physical limits.

prevents further rising of moisture and encourages the liquid to use the capillaries used for rising as a return path into the soil through modulated impulses.

Basics of the TÜV Nord test
Excerpt from the TÜV certificate
...TÜV Nord Construction Quality department hereby certifies that by using the aquacontrol system developed exclusively for the load case “moisture load on components due to capillary soil moisture” by the company ....., the moisture load on the masonry walls in the measures we supervise is both relative and... absolutely reduced. Therefore, based on the available results, the effectiveness of the aquacontrol system can be confirmed for this typical load case. (From the audit report 10/2011)
Aquacontrol 102 should not be used in the case of pressurized water, tap water damage or influences that cannot be traced back to capillary soil moisture.
The measurement protocols shown here were created during measurements in houses that showed the typical moisture pattern for capillary rising soil moisture. This means that the load case tested by TÜV Nord had occurred.
Clearly visible, within just three months and around 2000 operating hours of the Aquacontrol Modules are improvement values of approx. 50% achieved (TÜV-Nord measurement protocols). It's easy to see that the operating hours differ from each other and the moisture load takes this into account.

Through our own surveys on a comparison property, offers were obtained from various providers for their respective drainage processes (as of 2021).
The price differences may vary geographically. DIY systems were not taken into account.
The task was quite manageable. Traces of moisture due to rising damp were visible on the walls. The respective solution approaches of the individual providers resulted in significant price differences. (prices net)
