Manufacturer’s warranty policy
Warranty: By purchasing the aquacontrol 102 and in recognition of your trust as a customer in our aquacontrol 102, we grant you a 5-year manufacturer's guarantee on the device if and to the extent that you are a consumer within the meaning of § 13 BGB. Claims arising from the guarantee provided must be asserted upon presentation of proof of purchase. The legal claims remain unaffected. This guarantee is not transferable to third parties. The general product characteristics typical of the product as well as the operating/use, cleaning and care instructions, which are generally provided with the delivery of the aquacontrol 102, are explicitly referred to. This guarantee does not apply to subsequent defects that arise due to improper handling, such as culpable damage, overloading or disregarding the operating instructions, or to natural wear and tear. Possible accessories and additional services are excluded.
The use of the statutory warranty rights for defects is free of charge for you as the buyer. In particular, this guarantee declaration does not restrict your rights as a buyer from the purchase contract towards the seller. This applies regardless of whether a warranty event occurs and regardless of whether the warranty is claimed. Regardless of this guarantee, you as a buyer have the rights under Section 437 of the German Civil Code (BGB) if the goods were not free of defects when the risk was transferred.
Warranty Statement: The manufacturer guarantees that the goods are free from material and manufacturing defects, taking into account the assessment criteria for industrially manufactured electronic devices. As part of this guarantee, in the event of justified complaints about defects, the manufacturer will cover the costs of correcting the defect, including labor and material costs, within 5 years of the date of purchase. The device will be repaired or replaced in whole or in part within a reasonable time. To this extent, you have the option of asserting warranty defects beyond the legally stipulated period of 2 years.
