Aquacontrol 102 uses physical technology to dry walls from the inside out. It is not an air dehumidification device. Aquacontrol 102 works with the existing capillaries. Because where the water rises, it can also flow away again.

This technique does not dry out, but rather dehumidifies the masonry and keeps it in a naturally dry state. This is because every building material has its own natural moisture content. This state should be achieved and maintained. According to DIN 4108, the condition is referred to as the scientifically tolerated value for dry walls.

Disturbing the capillary ascent forces causes a backward movement in the capillaries. The water or moisture moves backwards into the ground and remains in continuous operation
